How to Install a Car Stereo

Steps
1- Remove the existing stereo using the appropriate removal tools.
2- Connect the cars stereo wiring into the new player’s adapter harness.
3- If an output converter is required to make the new radio work with the car’s other components, plug it in.
4- You may require an antenna adapter to convert a female to a male end.
5- Plug in the radio’s wiring harness and turn the head unit on. Test to make sure that all of the stereo’s systems are working before finishing the install.
6- Slide the radio into the frame until the latches click back in place. Install a faceplate adapter if it’s required, and reapply any trim or fittings that you had to remove in order to free up the old stereo.
