Steps

1- Wet your toothbrush and then dip it into baking soda, ensuring that all of your bristles are covered.

2- Brush your teeth as normal for 2 minutes ensuring that you do not swallow.

3- Spit out the baking soda and rinse out your mouth with clean water. Should you be experiencing a tingling or burning sensation in your mouth then you have been brushing for too long, you should repeatedly wash out your mouth with fresh water. 


Tips

Do not brush too hard as you may damage your gums.

Brush your teeth for a short period after smoking or drinking coffee to ensure that you don’t stain your teeth.

You should brush your teeth at least twice a day.
